Community Impact Initiative
Each year, Einheit Consulting LLC donates up to 10 hours of consulting support to one nonprofit organization addressing Social Determinants of Health through the Einheit Community Impact Initiative.
Our Purpose
Community organizations often carry significant responsibility for improving health and well-being while managing complex reporting, coordination, funding, and operational requirements.The Einheit Community Impact Initiative provides targeted consulting support to help strengthen the systems behind that service delivery, giving organizations greater clarity, stronger processes, and practical tools they can continue to use.
Areas of Support
The initiative is designed to help
community-based organizations strengthen the operational systems that support their mission. Selected organizations receive focused consulting support to address a defined operational need and leave with practical tools, recommendations, or processes they can continue using after the engagement concludes.
Our Focus
The 10-hour engagement may focus on one primary area, including:

Regulatory or compliance reporting processes

Grant, funder, or program reporting

Workflow coordination and handoffs
-
Roles, responsibilities, and ownership

Internal processes and operating procedures
-
Information flow and reporting structures
-
Program tracking and accountability
-
Development or refinement of practical tools, templates, or SOPs
The specific focus will be determined with the selected organization based on its current needs and what can reasonably be accomplished within the available consulting hours.
Who May Apply
Eligible organizations must:

Be a nonprofit organization or community-based organization
-
Provide programs or services that address one or more Social Determinants of Health
-
Have a specific operational or reporting challenge that would benefit from focused consulting support
-
Identify a staff member who can serve as the primary contact for the engagement
-
Be able to participate actively during the consulting period and provide the information needed to complete the selected project
Examples of Social Determinants of Health services may include food access, housing stability, transportation, education, economic stability, workforce support, community safety, social connection, access to healthcare, or related community supports.
What the Selected Organization Receives
The selected organization will receive up to 10 hours of pro bono consulting support from Einheit Consulting LLC.
Depending on the selected project, support may include:

An initial working session to define the issue and desired outcome

Review of relevant workflows, reports, processes, or documentation

Working sessions with appropriate staff
-
Process or workflow recommendations
-
Templates, trackers, SOPs, reporting tools, or other practical resources
-
A final summary of recommendations and next steps
The exact deliverables will be established at the beginning of the engagement.
Engagement Parameters
The initiative is intended for a focused, clearly defined project that can reasonably be addressed within 10 consulting hours.
The donated hours do not include ongoing operational staffing, bookkeeping, legal advice, tax advice, clinical services, technology implementation, grant writing, or long-term program management.
If an organization identifies additional needs beyond the Community Impact Initiative engagement, any future consulting services would be discussed separately. Participation in the initiative does not create an obligation to purchase additional services.
Selection
Einheit Consulting will review submissions based on:

Alignment with the initiative's Social Determinants of Health focus

Clarity and significance of the operational need
-
Potential benefit to the organization and the communities it serves
-
Feasibility within the 10-hour engagement
-
Organizational readiness to participate and implement recommendations
One organization will be selected for each annual initiative cycle.
