Our Approach
We work with a clear understanding of operational pressures and regulatory requirements. Our approach is structured, collaborative, and aligned to established quality and training frameworks. Our goal is to:
-
Establish a clear baseline for how work functions and define operating expectations aligned with regulatory and quality standards
-
Identify operational barriers and apply structured improvement methods (e.g., Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA), AIM, etc.)
-
Align teams, roles, and workflows to support coordinated, consistent execution
-
Deliver training using established models (e.g., Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE), 70-20-10), reinforce adoption, and conduct scheduled follow-ups to sustain performance

About Us
Einheit Consulting works across healthcare delivery systems to facilitate stakeholder alignment, strengthen coordination, and move complex work forward.
Einheit means unity. It reflects how we approach the work: aligning stakeholders around shared priorities and supporting coordinated progress across systems.
Our goal is your goal. We work alongside teams to clarify how work moves, support implementation in real time, and maintain steady coordination across stakeholders.
Let’s discuss what matters and how to move it forward.

She has led multi-market initiatives, statewide engagement efforts, and cross-agency partnerships, overseen multi-million-dollar programs and supporting accreditation, compliance, and implementation efforts. Lori works with payers, providers, and community organizations to translate regulatory expectations into practical, coordinated action.
Her approach is grounded in thoughtful design, responsible leadership, and a steady focus on communities served by healthcare organizations. She has contributed to statewide and national initiatives, including co-chairing Louisiana’s Taking Aim at Cancer effort and presenting operational and accreditation strategies through the Association of Community Affiliated Plans.
