Lori's lived experience navigating care as a young mother taught her that systems are felt before they are understood. That insight informs her approach through thoughtful design, responsible leadership, and a steady focus on community experience. Bridging Payers, Providers, and Communities
Today, Lori is a healthcare strategist experienced in closing gaps in multi-market healthcare delivery systems, statewide public health strategy, and organizational change. She has overseen multi-million-dollar programs, internal audits, and agency partnerships that achieved measurable improvement in health outcomes and internal processes.
Her advisory work focuses on working with organizations to shape collaborative efforts that improve outcomes. She has co-chaired Taking Aim at Cancer in Louisiana’s statewide engagement initiative to improve cancer screening rates across the state. Her leadership has extended nationally through Association of Community Affiliated Plans (ACAP), where she presented accreditation and operational approaches to improvement for plans and partners across the country.
Supporting Providers in Value-Based Care
Her provider-facing work spans value-based payment strategy, maternal health improvement, and network development. She has led network initiatives to help providers transition into value-based arrangements tied to maternal health quality. These efforts strengthened performance, improved screening completion, and positioned providers for successful participation in new reimbursement structures. She also partnered with clinical leaders to design a structured provider discussion series that helped surface operational barriers, data gaps, and workflow patterns that were then synthesized into a maternal health best-practices guide used across the network.
Where Culture and Community Meet System Design
Her approach has guided organizations through accreditation readiness, compliance improvement, and referral system redesign, including collaborations with CBO cohorts to define a workable referral loop closure process, thereby improving collaboration across managed care stakeholders and community organizations.
Using adaptive, Agile-informed methods, she partners with leaders ready to make a change for the betterment of their communities.
